So my cell phone voice mail is something that I don't regularly check. I have a tendency to just call the person back that has just called. Well while washing the cars today I missed a call and "needed" to check my voice mail from and unknown caller. I'm glad that I did.
Somewhere in my week, I must have missed a call from the doctors office and didn't realize it. They had informed me that my doctor had reviewed my ultrasound results and found that it was done at earlier then about 6.5 weeks and he wants me to redo my ultrasound to make sure the result are accurate for my due date.
Come Tuesday (Monday is a holiday) I'll be making an appointment.
As I was telling Liana (brothers girlfriend) I'm really excited that they want another ultrasound b/c I get so see everything again. This time I'll be 10 weeks + and we'll be able to make our arms, legs and a head. Last time it literally was just a blob of black with a flicker.
I feel very fortunate that I've had or will have two ultrasounds at such an early gestational time. Upon talking with another friend who is at about 20 weeks now, she's is just NOW getting around to having her first ultrasound. I would be so on edge if I had to wait that long. I would be at my doctors doorstep begging for an ultrasound. :)
Yay for ultrasounds.
